This isn't your grandmother's QCA. This is the Queensland's College of Art's dedicated space for aspiring artists. They can display their work and connect with other like-minded individuals. Far more in the vein of a micro portfolio website than a facebook, the identity and site design required ample means to highlight the individual and their work.
